The Mark Lewis Fitness YouTube Channel follows Marks fitness journey along with advice and reviews. The channel has been going since 2019 with some great training content, it may be on the extreme side for the average but as Mark promotes himself as above average that sounds about right. 😎  I don’t watch all the content, so here are some key videos which I’ve enjoyed and got value from:

Content is posted a few times a week and does seem to be topical, such as Veganuary and new Garmin watch reviews. Other videos look to dive into elite performance – how Bradley Wiggans held 440 watts cycling for 1 hour and how just how fast it Eliud Kipchoge!
