Olympian and 2.09 marathon runner Stephen Scullion doing what he can to help thousands of runners out there who simply want to be better. He’s dedicated his life and soul to the sport and learnt everything he could to be better, and to be honest that’s what it took for him to extract every inch of performance out of his body. Self proclaimed ‘big old boy’ compared to most sub 2.10 marathoners, and so he’s had to use better recovery techniques, nutrition, strength work, and psychological work to help him gain a little 1%s here or there.
